Using fn_trace_gettable to Import Trace Results
If you save a trace file to disk, how can you analyze it later? One way is to load it back into Profiler, but sometimes we wish for more powerful tools such as old fashioned SQL queries. We can use fn_trace_getdata function to load the data into a table and then work with it as we wish. Join Profiler Professor Jack Corbett for a quick look at how to use it.

What do you mean by too much info?
Remember you can filter using a where clause on any of the columns included.
