Query Differences in SQL Azure

Did you know that you can use USE? Or that SELECT INTO doesn't work? There are some definite differences between what we can do in the 'standard' SQL Server and what we can do in Azure. Shame about not having cross database queries. Not really too fussed on losing SELECT INTO and global temp tables. 5 minutes per connection what's with that? Obviously this shouldn't be a deal with end users but developers, analysts and admins may have difficulties with large datasets and query times.
