Once you've set up a SQL Azure server you're all ready to go, right? Not quite. You've got to decide what IP addresses can connect to it. Not hard, but maybe not expected either for those of us used to working within a corporate zone where such things are already handled. Luckily it's not hard to do as you'll see in this great demo!
